I had a little issue with my booking and, i wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole thing, but I reached out to bounce support anyway.

They got back to me quickly and explained what I needed to do in a really simple way. Like, no confusing back-and-forth or copy-paste robot vibes, which I appreciated.

In the end, everything was sorted out without much stress. So yeah, good experience overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

The spot was super close to the station, maybe a 2-minute walk, which made everything way less stressful. Drop-off and pick-up were both quick and easy too.

It just made my day a lot smoother. I’d definitely use bounce again, especially if the location is this convenient...
